Method: COURIER DELIVERY
We ship within New Zealand and use Castle Parcels as our courier company. We do not ship overseas.
Expected Shipping Timelines:
- Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days within NZ
- Rural Delivery: 4–6 business days
- Orders placed Wed–Sun ship the following Monday. Orders placed Mon–Tues ship by Tuesday.
Shipping Cut-Off Times:
To ensure your order is dispatched promptly, please note our shipping cut-off times:

Orders Placed before Sunday 8:00 PM → Orders dispatched Monday (Wednesday-Sunday Orders)

Order Placed before Monday 2:00 PM → Orders dispatched Tuesday (Monday Orders)
Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next available dispatch day.
Shipping is FREE for all orders $70 or more. The shipping and handling fee options for all orders under $70 is $6.00. Please specify in the comments field if a signature is required.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or an exchange if you have changed your mind about an order.
If goods are faulty (& this hasn't been disclosed when purchasing), we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 - 5 working days).
