Create a sense of calm and tranquillity at bedtime. A blend of pure essential oils renowned for their restful properties, it's a soothing way to unwind at the end of a busy day.
Ingredients:
Pure essential oils of Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia and Lavandula Hybridia), Jojoba (Simmondsia Chinensis) Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis).
How to Use:
Diffusion: Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser.
Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding eye area.
Massage: Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into required area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
